Prosser Lake Area
Prosser Reservoir is located by the eastern border of the Tahoe National Forest in the Truckee Ranger district. It is easily accessible from Lake Tahoe Resorts. Prossser Reservoir provides camping at the Sagehen Campground and the Lakeside Campground as well as fishing in the entire reservoir. There is a boat ramp by the Prosser Campground as well as facilities for group camping. Prosser Reservoir provides opportunities for camping, boating, fishing, and hiking in the Truckee Ranger District. Prosser Reservoir is located in the eastern region of the Tahoe National Forest in the Truckee Ranger District, approximately 3 miles northeast of Truckee.
